Children and accompanying adults.

Unfortunately, we do not allow children to accompany you to your booking, and are unable to make provisions for pushchairs.

Please arrive at the salon alone for your appointment, as we are unable to provide waiting areas or seating for friends or family members,

If you need someone to accompany you to your booking for medical reasons, then please contact the salon so provisions can be made.

Booking fees.

A booking fee deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Your booking fee deposit is deductible from your total payment at your appointment time.

Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment with less that 24hrs notice, this will forfeit your booking fee deposit.
If you wish to reschedule your booking with less than 24hrs notice, this will be considered to be a cancellation, and so you will also forfeit your existing booking deposit fee. A new booking fee will have to be paid to make a new booking.

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice then 100% payment for your missed appointment will be required before another appointment is scheduled.
